Kèr Fíhssu (/fɪ̞s/ /su/ [loser] [fun]) is a subtropical Town located in Bellfalcon Dutchy, Krièvlùji̊ La Provence, within the Dalandic Empire.

The name Kèr Fíhssu is derived from the Tauric language, as Kèr Fíhssu was founded by Mlî Lush, who was culturaly Tauric.

Climate

Kèr Fíhssu has a yearly average temperature of 26°C (78°F), with its average temperature during the summer being a hot 31°C (87°F) and its average temperature during the winter being a pleasant 22°C (71°F). Kèr Fíhssu receives an average of 174 cm/y (68 in/y) of precipitation, most of which comes in the form of rain during the fall. Overview

Kèr Fíhssu was founded durring the early 11th century, by Mlî Lush. The establishment of Kèr Fíhssu suffered from many setbacks, delays, and obsticles, most notably a group of Kèr Fíhssu which required millitary assistance exterminate before the community could finish being built.

Kèr Fíhssu was built using the conventions of Tauric durring the early 11th century. Naturaly, all settlmentss have their own look to them, and Kèr Fíhssu is no diffrent. The town's buildings feature waddle and daub construction with good timber frames and a stone foundation protected by thatched or shingled rooves. Most buildings with second floors are built in such a way as to overhang into the streets on the upper floors for more space, as building size seems to be the primary indicator of wealth within the community. Most buildings are not decorated with any integral features, but instead use ivy, flowers, and other natural elements in planters of on trellices to breathe life into the structure they grow upon.

Kèr Fíhssu is buildings are arranged arrounded highly ordered system of crampt cobblestone streets which form octogonal paterns, allowing the incides of the octagons to be common grounds for the buildings on the edges, be it for parkland, yardspace, plazas, or markets. The town posesses a fortified albit thin wall of querried stone. This wall posesses most of the features of a castle wall, though it is constructed from cheeper inferior stone. Kèr Fíhssu has a Parks and Recreation Department, which is responsible for the construction, management, and usage rights for all of its parks and parklands. They are not to be confused with the Office of Civil Groundskeeping as they do not hold authority over nor responsibility for Kèr Fíhssu's natural decorations nor waterways.

Kèr Fíhssu has a public schooling program overseen by the Hall of Sages who has the responsibility of ensuring access to affordable high-quality education in all basic classes (Reading, Writing, Mathmatics, General Sciences, General Arcana, and Social Education) is made available to all citizens.

Kèr Fíhssu's chapel was built using a different architectural style from the rest of the town. The style used is best known for its striking sculptural forms and often dazzling ornamental detail that characterizes the buildings general shape. The radiant colors, rich patterns, and symmetrical silhouettes employed by this style were backed up by rich decorative features including gardens, courtyards, extruded arches, domes, pointed domes, vaulted ceilings, elaborate painted and inlaid designs, and decorative sculptures.
